(Intermountain Healthcare) Thomas Kearl, in wheelchair, leaves Intermountain Medical Center Aug. 24, 2021, after spending 223 days in the hospital while sick with COVID-19. Kearl requested that Kenny Loggins' song "Celebrate Me Home" be played as he said farewell to the medical team that cared for him.
