Distillers Matt Eau Claire and wife Stephanie produce handcrafted premium spirits, bottling Lorenz, a rum with a cinnamon twist and Josephine, a cross between scotch and brandy, Sept. 16, 2020. Clear Water currently ships products to 30 states — but the only place it can be purchased in Utah is at the distillery.
