What Gov. Spencer Cox said to Utah lawmakers about curbing the state’s spike in COVID cases
Earlier in August, Cox pitched mask mandate to legislative leadership but worried lawmakers would override any decision.

Cox spent several hours discussing the COVID situation with Utah lawmakers on Wednesday.
