Tell The Tribune: What COVID-19 worries do Utah parents have about the coming school year?

This last school year was one of the wildest, with most kids and teachers in Utah in the classroom in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Masks were the norm. Vaccines weren’t yet available. There were definitely outbreaks of the virus. And sometimes lessons were forced online.
Though the worst of it appears to be over, The Salt Lake Tribune wants to know if parents have concerns going into the new school year this fall. Masks will not be mandated — in fact, the state won’t allow it. And while some students have gotten the vaccine, those under the age of 12 cannot.
