Data center opponents sue, saying Box Elder County’s referendum rejection wasn’t ‘disinterested and unbiased’
Box Elder Accountability Referendum, or BEAR, on Wednesday filed a lawsuit appealing the county attorney’s decision to Utah’s 1st District Court.
