Wild Horse Fire reaches 1200 acres in Millard County, 5% containment

(FOX 13) “Wild Horse Fire” burns at least 1,000 acres in Millard County.
The Wild Horse Fire has grown to 1200 acres with just 5% containment as more firefighters are responding to the area to fight the fire.
According to Utah Fire Info, the cause of the fire was determined to be caused by lightning after an investigator was able to go to the scene.
Firefighters are confident that they will see minimal growth today; however, they add that they are still mapping the fire’s perimeter, so the size may increase.
