This Utah farmer has a ‘million-dollar view.’ He’s keeping it out of reach of developers.

Farmland in Utah is shrinking as housing developments grow. Tagge’s Famous Fruit and Veggie Farms has placed its land in a trust to preserve it as farmland for generations.
