(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) The Exchange, the high-profile new development at 400 S. and 300 East, which is now fully open and consisting of The Shop, a shared workspace; Mya, a mixed-income apartment complex; and the Avia, a luxury apartment complex. The exterior murals are among nearly 20 pieces of locally produced art incorporated into the new development. Featured are "The Return of Pink Floyd" by Phillip Adams and "Home Again" by Keya Tama.
