The Utah Legislature is in session and that means the state’s alcohol laws are being tweaked.
The latest episode of “Utah Booze News,” focused on alcohol policy, gives details on HB399, a massive bill that — if passed — could affect everything from bar licenses and beer advertising to day cares and sports arenas.
Also on the program: discussions about HB157 and SB103 — two measures that would allow residents to sign up for wine clubs, without home delivery.
Finally, get an update on this month’s rare-liquor drawing, which includes new bottles of the highly coveted Pappy Van Winkle bourbon.
