(Courtesy Salt Lake County Jail) James Savage Brown was arrested Wednesday on charges consisting of five first-degree felonies, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation and assault. The Utah Attorney General's Office says he has a lengthy criminal history, both in Utah and California and is requesting his bail be denied because he poses a risk to the community.
