(Sean P. Means | The Salt Lake Tribune) Bar Martine, at 22 E. 100 South in downtown Salt Lake City, received a full bar license on August 29, 2024. The new bar, in the space where Martine Cafe operated before the COVID-19 pandemic, is projected to open on Nov. 1, 2024, according to the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services.
