(Francisco Kjolseth | The Salt Lake Tribune) Salt Lake City will soon get its first permanent food truck park called Block Party 300 at 1391 S. 300 West through a partnership between Granato’s Gourmet Market and ComCom Kitchen. The location awaits new signage on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023. The year-round food truck park, anchored by a commissary kitchen, will also have indoor seating and restrooms, with food trucks parked outside.
