(Courtesy of La Caille) La Caille, the restaurant at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, will play host to the first Salt City Wine & Dine event, featuring dozens of Utah vendors of food and beverages — with proceeds going to support the nonprofit journalism of The Salt Lake Tribune.
Stefene is the Utah Eats reporter at the Tribune. For 13 years, she was the culture editor at St. Louis Magazine and is the former managing editor for stltoday, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's website. She is glad to be back in her hometown.
