She’s in charge of the Solitude ski area, and she doesn’t see a problem with crowds

New COO says resort can be more environmentally friendly, more versatile and more profitable.

She comes from Sugarbush in Vermont and followed a similar track to Mayhew, last serving as VP of guest services. Broadaway is an avid skier and mountain biker; coached high school varsity track and field for 10 years, leading teams to three state titles.
