Merrill Oaks — pioneering eye doctor, LDS leader and brother of apostle Dallin Oaks — dies

(Courtesy) Merrill Oaks, 88, died Dec. 30 from complications related to cancer. The younger brother of Latter-day Saint apostle Dallin H. Oaks, he was an accomplished eye doctor and a former general authority Seventy.
