The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced Tuesday that it has filed preliminary plans — with no exterior or interior renderings — for the edifice due to go up in Saratoga Springs.
The three-story, 87,000-square-foot structure will be built in the new Beacon Pointe subdivision west of Redwood Road and north of Meadow Side Drive, according to a news release. A 21,000-square-foot church meetinghouse will be constructed nearby.
A groundbreaking date has not been set.
