Utah’s anti-public union bill advances again with promise of ‘union-neutral’ rewrite — but union reps say they haven’t seen it
The bill to ban public employee unions from collective bargaining cleared the Senate floor Thursday, despite strong opposition and lawmakers’ assurances of at least one significant change.
