Senate Republicans pass bill aimed at judicial injunctions, eyeing Utah’s abortion trigger law

Dan McCay answers questions about Utah's trigger law, SB174, that will prohibit elective abortion in Utah, during a news conference at the State Capitol, after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, on Friday, June 24, 2022. McCay is the Senate sponsor of a bill that would force courts to reconsider an injunction on that law, which he authored.
