(Frank Franklin II | AP) Teacher Lisa Fitzgerald O'Connor, third from left, poses for photographs with colleagues Luz Jimenez, left, Maria Damas, second from left, Meagan Hammerbacher, United Federation of Teachers chapter leader Shawn Hindez, second from right, and Sarah Kuhner, right, at M.S. 324 Thursday, Aug. 6, 2020, in New York. It has been seven years since the central air conditioning system worked at the New York City middle school where they teach.
