Millions of dollars of dinosaur bones are stuck in rock. Will Utah pay to get them out?

A paleontological wonder found 20 years ago — and millions of years in the making — sits in limbo at a secured state facility.

The 9-ton piece of rock contains more than a dozen raptor skeletons that date back 135 million years, but state resource managers are having trouble securing funding to excavate the fossils.
