Repeat offender spills oil in Grand Staircase-Escalante

A facility owned by Citation Oil & Gas Corp. released 163 barrels of crude oil into Dixie National Forest, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and the town of Escalante. And it’s happened before.
