Utah Gov. Spencer Cox says he won’t vote for Donald Trump in 2024 — but wants him to win

Cox expressed his discontent with Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee, during an interview on CNN the day after Utah counties certified their gubernatorial primary votes.
