Utah’s top homebuilder to bring 552 new apartments to U. of U. in deal with LDS Church

Through a 99-year land deal involving the Clark and Christine Ivory Trust and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ivory University House will help and keep students on campus.
