Development planned south of Moab could mean thousands more residents, double the population of San Juan County
(Zak Podmore | The Salt Lake Tribune) 5,300 acres of school trust lands in Spanish Valley, five miles south of Moab, are expected to see rapid development as a $13 million water and sewer project nears completion in the fall of 2019.
