Utah Cold Case Coalition hopes playing cards may lead to tips in unsolved homicide and missing-persons cases
(Jeremy Harmon | The Salt Lake Tribune) The Utah Cold case Coalition has made a deck of playing cards with information about cases that remain unsolved. Decks will be sold to the public, and in commissaries in county jails and state prisons.
