(Rick Egan | Tribune File Photo) In this Jan. 3, 2014 file photo Clark Aposhian gives instructions during a free concealed firearms permit class to Utah educators at the Salt Lake City Library. Aposhian recently filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) over a ban on bump stocks, a firearm accessory that alters semi-automatic rifles to fire like machine guns. The ban is set to go into place March 26, 2019.
