Salt Lake City police have arrested the suspected driver of a car that struck and killed a bicyclist on Tuesday evening.
The bicyclist, Tot Nguyen, 72, was crossing 400 South at about 1033 West at 6:10 p.m. when he was struck by a white car, which drove away on 400 South through 900 West without stopping. Nguyen was transported to a local hospital, where he later died, according to police.
