Country superstar Luke Combs will bring his 2024 stadium tour to Utah next June.
The singer-songwriter announced Tuesday that he will perform 25 shows in 13 cities, from April to August 2024, on his “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old” tour. One of those cities is Salt Lake City, where Combs will perform Friday and Saturday, June 7 and 8, 2024, at Rice-Eccles Stadium on the University of Utah campus.
Tickets for Combs’ shows will go on sale Friday, Aug. 25, on the singer’s website, LukeCombs.com.
The two shows will have different set lists from Combs and different supporting acts, so Combs is encouraging fans to buy tickets for both nights.
The Friday show will feature country acts Cody Jinks, Charles Wesley Godwin, Hailey Whitters and The Wilder Blue.
The Saturday show will spotlight country performers Jordan Davis, Mitchell Tenpenny, Drew Parker and Colby Acuff.
Combs is the Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year for two years running. He recently hit the charts with a cover of Tracy Chapman’s song “Fast Car” — his 16th No. 1 single on country radio. His other hits include “When It Rains It Pours,” “Hurricane,” “She Got the Best of Me” and “Beer Never Broke My Heart.”
